User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the nvx155 platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful purposes that may affect other users or the platform's systems.
The following are strictly prohibited on the nvx155 platform:
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Any attempt to breach, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Uploading or transmitting content that contains viruses, malware, or any code that could damage the platform's systems.

- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without refund of any remaining account balance.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the nvx155 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including local eWallets and legitimate online banking.
The following payment-related conditions apply to all users:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the account holder.
- Nvx155 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.

Nvx155 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period with no login activity or transactions.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the breach. nvx155's decision in such matters is final.
Limitation of Liability
Nvx155 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical disruptions, or temporary loss of access. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
